The Membership Momentum Consultation

A DFY/DWY consulting service where I dive deep into your membership, identifying the pressure points, and help you execute an actionable plan to increase your member engagement, satisfaction, and retention so that you can finally have the membership you’ve dreamed of 🤩.

Your consultation is broken into three parts:

PART 1: THE AUDIT 🔍

This part takes approximately 3 weeks to complete.

I’ll be diving deep into your membership to identify the areas that need the most improvement. During this time, I’ll take on the role of a new member and audit from that perspective.

PART 2: THE PLAN 📑

Once I’ve finished the audit and written up my findings, we’ll book a call to review the report together.

After the call you’ll have two options:

  1. Take my report and DIY the execution of the plan on your own.

  2. Continue with me to help you execute the plan.

PART 3: THE EXECUTION 👟

Once we agree on a solid plan, we can work together to execute it. The length of this part is extremely flexible and depends on your needs.

Timing can range from 3-6 months depending on what comes out of my audit.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Your own personal client site where you can view our calls, your progress, and download your report, resources, etc. - access lasts for 1 year

  • 1:1 calls every other week to ensure that everything is on track and to provide you with consultation and strategy

  • Access to me via Voxer Mon-Fri from 9am - 5pm CST.

  • A customized project plan that guide our time together and track your progress

  • Access to any templates and resources I’ve created

GET STARTED WITH AN INITIAL PAYMENT OF $500

This initial payment will cover Part 1 & 2. Investment for the execution and consultation piece is $1,000 per month. Total investment can range from $3,000 - $6,000.

Here’s how you book the Membership Momentum Consulting package:

STEP 1: APPLY

Schedule a discovery call and fill out the application form to get the process started. If after the call we feel like we’ll be a solid fit, I’ll send over the agreement, your invoice, and we’ll kick off the audit process.

STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR PRE-WORK

There is a tiny bit of pre-work that you’ll need to do. Mostly pulling down your membership data and providing me access to your content, community, email sequences, etc.

STEP 3: KICK OFF CALL!

We’ll conduct a kick-off call to iron out any issues with the pre-work and I’ll walk you through my audit framework.

  • The Membership Momentum consultation package is best for membership owners who have had their membership for at least 6 months. Your membership should also have some combination of content, coaching, and/or community.

  • We’ll start with an initial payment of $500. This will cover the Audit and Plan steps.

  • Refunds are only offered if you request them before the audit begins or during the first week of the audit process.
